Firstly, thank you so much for sponsoring this really important event. We’d kindly ask if you could complete the following information in order that you and your team get the most from the event.
Event Sponsor Staff Registration
Please enter the exhibition staff who will be attending to manage the exhibition booth. Please include all staff. We will issue access tickets to these staff members. All sponsors have some included team members (Platinum = 4, Gold = 3, Silver onwards = 2). We will invoice for the team members beyond this and outside any additional agreements.
Event Sponsor Sunset Gala Dinner Seats
Please enter the details for all team members or guests for whom you need places. We will then issue tickets directly to these staff members. Key sponsors have some included seats at the dinner (Platinum = 4, Gold = 2, Silver = 2, Red = 1). When we book the tickets, we will take these into account and invoice for the additional ones at the special Sponsors Rate $125 KYD ($150 USD). If you need more than 10 i.e. a table, simply submit a second form.
